Qfive started as QUIZMAX and was continually improved and its sfunctionality expanded. With the launching of QUIZMAX Version 5, we created a new look & feel and shortened the name to Qfive – one of the key reasons being that it is no longer just a quiz, but a lot more than that.

Juerg Hofer
Co-Founder & CEO
Juerg Hofer is an experienced executive in the high-tech sector in Switzerland and abroad, including sales management and executive management. He was formerly Country Manager of Nokia Switzerland. His education ranges from advanced management studies in Zurich, Lausanne and Boston (USA), to an Engineering Degree. For more than 10 years his focus has been on innovative learning in a fast changing and dynamic environment. The current CEO of a technology company (Prime Competence GmbH), Jürg Hofer, can be described as innovative and curious about technology.
Karl- Ernst Berger
Co-Founder & CSO
Karl-Ernst Berger has more than 30 years of sales and management experience. His operational focus includes the introduction of new products and complex systems in B2B markets. In addition to his strategic skills in building up young companies, he is one of the pioneers in the development of game-based learning concepts, which he successfully implemented more than 10 years ago for companies such as Microsoft, Siemens, Red Bull, Coca-Cola and other leading companies. Based in Munich, he is responsible for the expansion of the German-speaking (DACH) markets.
